Even Sprint Will Kick You Out

What happens when you go from typical customer to just plain annoying? You get the Boot, Sprint Nextel style.

Whiners and complainers, take heed: bother Sprint's customer service too often in a year and you'll soon be cooling your heels on AT&T's door. (not that that's necessarily a bad thing)

About 1,000 to 1,200 customers will be receiving service cancellation notifications from Sprint from calling customer service "to a degree that we felt was excessive", says a Sprint spokeswoman. It's always nice to see that the age-old adage "beggars can't be choosers" doesn't apply here, considering that Sprint is reeling from several quarters of lackluster performance, customer defections, and losing NASCAR lawsuits.

On the other hand, both AT&T and Verizon have policies regarding terminating certain customers' accounts - namely, those who are "verbally abusive" to reps or for "excessive data or voice roaming on other carriers".
